(May 8, 2008) – Samuel King and Anthony Sos, attorneys with the Orlando law firm Dellecker, Wilson, King, McKenna & Ruffier, served as faculty presenters for the National Business Institute’s seminar on “Settling Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims.” The seminar took place in Orlando, Fla. on May 5 and was approved by The Florida Bar for 7.0 general hours of CLER credit.
The program addressed the latest in coverage and legislative trends as well as topics that included what the insurer is – and isn’t – responsible for and litigating UM/UIM claims with confidence.

Sos is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, auto accidents, wrongful death, insurance company bad faith and hurricane property damage claims. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 2003 and his undergraduate degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida.
