ORLANDO ATTORNEY RE-ELECTED TO LEAD
CENTRAL FLORIDA’S LARGEST PROVIDER OF HOMELESS SERVICES
ORLANDO, Fla. (November 3, 2008) – Brian T. Wilson, a partner in the law firm Dellecker, Wilson, King, McKenna & Ruffier, has been elected to serve a second one-year term as chairman of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida. He has been a member of organization’s board of directors since 2004 and also served on the Central Florida Regional Commission on Homelessness.
Wilson is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest levels of skill and integrity, and board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Certification. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and nursing home negligence.
The Coalition for the Homeless (www.centralfloridahomeless.org) is the largest provider of homeless services in Central Florida, serving 650 men, women and children on an average night. The non-profit organization works to address the needs of the homeless in the community and serves as a catalyst for community collaboration to end homelessness by offering comprehensive case management programs to help the homeless become self-sufficient. In the past fiscal year, the Coalition provided more than 234,000 nights of shelter and served nearly 270,000 meals to homeless individuals.
