FIRM PARTNER ELECTED VICE CHAIR OF THE RONALD McDONALD HOUSE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 15, 2008) – Kenneth J. McKenna, a partner with the law firm Dellecker, Wilson, King, McKenna & Ruffier, has been elected vice chair of the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, Inc. He joined the board in 2006. McKenna is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating that his peers have recognized him to have the highest levels of skill and integrity. His practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, defective products, premises liability and insurance company bad faith.
The Ronald McDonald House is a not-for-profit organization that provides a “home-away-from-home” for families with children receiving medical treatment at local hospitals in Orlando. Since 1996, the program has housed more than 6,800 families at its two Central Florida locations on the campuses of Florida Hospital Orlando and the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children & Women.
