Brian T. Wilson is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with decades of experience and recognition. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1984 and then went on to graduate from Mercer University School of Law with his law degree in 1987. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association (where he served as President from 2001-2002), the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.

He is deeply invested in his clients’ wellbeing and in the community. He has served with a wide range of community organizations including the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Central Florida Regional Commission on Homelessness, the Orange County Jail Oversight Commission, the Guardian Ad Litem Program for Abused Children and more.

In addition to Florida State Courts, he is admitted the U.S. District Court – Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
