Brian T. Wilson is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with decades of experience and recognition. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1984 and then went on to graduate from Mercer University School of Law with his law degree in 1987. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association (where he served as President from 2001-2002), the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.

He is deeply invested in his clients’ wellbeing and in the community. He has served with a wide range of community programs from the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida to the City of Orlando Affordable Housing Commission, and the Orange County Jail Oversight Commission to the Guardian Ad Litem Program for Abused Children and more.

His career has led him to be admitted to all courts in the state of Florida, the U.S. District Court – Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. His work has also awarded him an AV® Preeminent Rating™- Martindale-Hubbell®, Florida Super Lawyer, Florida Trend Legal Elite, Outstanding Committee Chair and Outstanding Service Award for the Orange County Bar Association, Award of Excellence from the Orange County Legal Aid Society, “Best of the Bar” by Orlando Business Journal, and “Orlando’s Top Lawyer” by Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine, among others.
