Sam earned his undergraduate degree in 1982 from the University of Florida and his law degree, with honors, from Florida State University in 1985. Since he began practicing law in 1985, he has exclusively represented accident victims and their family members. He understands that in the event of an accident that results in a serious injury, not only is the victim affected but also their loved ones. Similarly, in accident cases resulting in deaths, all of the victim’s family are impacted and their individual loss compensated. He wants the best possible outcome for each circumstance, always puts the clients interest first, and will help them make the right decision. By placing his focus on the individual and their best interest, Sam’s main goal is to help his clients get back on their feet, put their lives together, and continue moving forward.

Sam became a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in 1997. According to the Florida Bar, only 7% of Florida Bar members are board certified. And having maintained his certification status for over 20 years, the public and clients can take comfort in recognizing Sam’s unique special knowledge, skills, proficiency, professionalism and ethics in his practice.
