Born and raised amidst the vibrant energy of Miami, Florida, Kyle Morat embarked on a journey that led him to the heart of Central Florida after earning his degree in criminal justice. It was during his time in law school that Kyle met his wife and they decided to make Orlando their forever home.

While diligently pursuing his legal education, Kyle honed his skills as a legal intern, immersing himself in the intricate world of wrongful death and personal injury claims. Before joining the esteemed team at Dellecker Wilson King McKenna Ruffier & Sos, Kyle spent a decade defending medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospitals, against complex medical malpractice claims and general liability cases, such as slip and falls. This extensive background allowed him to gain unparalleled insight into the inner workings of insurance companies and their tactics in defending personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Having seen the impact on individuals and families as a result of personal injury or wrongful death, and having a family of his own, Kyle realized his real passion lies in helping those who have suffered navigate the legal system and secure the compensation they deserve. His commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those he serves is not just a profession but a heartfelt mission. He firmly believes that those who have suffered injuries deserve more than just compensation; they deserve the opportunity to share their stories.
Outside of his legal endeavors, Kyle cherishes quality time with his family, relaxing beach weekends, and time enjoying the great outdoors.
